What should you look for when scouting a new location for your company?  How about whether the local area is making major infrastructure investments and improvements?  Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas are hot, hot hot!  A ribbon cutting was just held to open up a brand new stretch of roadway in the highly desired and move-in ready industrial area near Punta Gorda airport.  The project was funded by a voter approved one cent sales tax intended to pay for area improvements.  What should that tell you if you are looking to relocate?  It shows that not only are the community leaders behind supporting relocation efforts, but so are the voters and residents.
